Sales Representative

Normandien Farms (PTY) Ltd requires the services of a Sales Representative to be based in Thornville

Duties will include:

• Promote and sell the company’s range of products and services
• Build professional relationships with key customers through regular visits and reviews in order to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Source and develop new customers
• Plan call cycles to ensure regular customer and prospect visits
• Achieve sales budgets on a consistent basis
• Grow a customer base, the turnover and the profit in order to ensure company’s growth targets are achieved
• Attend to customer complaints and concerns and ensure that appropriate, corrective action is taken
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements:

• Sales Experience – Minimum 3 years (within the Timber Industry would be advantageous)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Dynamic individual who is driven by performance, can handle a diverse customer base and is able to negotiate at all levels.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Presentable
• Self-Confident
• Self-starter with energy and drive and a passion to achieve results
